JKB00331 Changing a Server's Load Balancing File Background Information: The load balancing policy file is located in the installation folder of every Terminal Server Agent. For information about creating or editing a load balancing file see JKB00330 Creating a Load Balancing File. The default installation path for a server's load balancing policy: C:\Program Files\Jetro Platforms\CockpIT Server\TSAgent\PerfPolicy_en.xml Note: CockpIT includes localized versions of OS on terminal servers. PerfPolicy_en.xml is used for the English version. PerfPolicy_de.xml is used for the German version PerfPolicy_ru.xml is used for the Russian version. PerfPolicy_fr.xml is used for the French version. During installation, Terminal Server Agent finds the correct load balancing policy file using the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ - SOFTWARE\Jetro\jhgate\PerformanceMonitor\ PolicyFilePath&Name Instructions: 1. Update the registry key mentioned above with the file name and path of the load balancing file you wish to use. 2. Restart the Jhgate service located on the terminal server.   Back to top
