Symptoms
When logging onto the user’s site
the following error message appears:
"Failed
to check in, wrong login parameters"
Possible Causes
Login name or password was incorrect.
Possible Resolutions
1. Press OK and return to the login page.
2. Re-type the login name.
· Make sure there are no mistakes.
· Make sure that Caps Lock is off
3. If problem persists contact Jetro Support
