JKB00315 “No server available” Error Message When Launching an Application

Symptoms:

All users get the following error message when they try to launch applications:

'No server available'

Possible Causes:

· No Terminal Server Agents have been installed in network terminal servers
· No terminal server available

Possible Resolutions:

Install a Terminal Server Agent in every terminal server that should deliver applications.

1. Open the CockpIT Administrator Site from the terminal server where you want to install a TS Agent.
2. Click on the Hosts Icon.
3. Click on the TS Agent Setup Tab.
4. Click Install.
5. Follow the instructions in the setup wizard.
6. Click on the Hosts Tab and enable the server when installation is complete.
