Symptoms:
· After clicking on an application
icon, no error message appears and the user
is returned to the CockpIT user site
· After the session has started,
the terminal server generates an error,
and indicates that the path is incorrect
and the application cannot be found.
Possible Causes:
· The user does not have permission
to access the server or launch the application
· The application is installed on
a different paths on different servers
Possible Resolutions:
· Launch this application using
your username to address any permission
issues.
· Try to launch this application
on all available servers to check its path
settings. Use the delivery configuration
option in the application policy page to
define on which servers an application resides
and on which paths it should be accessed.
· Install and run the native terminal
server client at the client station to address
terminal server - user interaction issues.
