JKB00307 Removing CockpIT Plug-in Files General: Some versions of the CockpIT Client can be removed using MS Add/Remove Programs. This document describes how to uninstall the CockpIT plug-in without using MS Add/Remove Programs. Method: 1. Locate Jetro plug-in files. File location depends on the local operating system. OS version Path Win95, 98, ME Windows\system NT4,Win2k, Winnt\system32 WinXP Windows\system32   2. Right click on the Jetro DirectLINK icon in the system tray. Choose “exit.” 3. Open the Windows Search utility and look for files starting with JDS in the above file path. 4. Delete the following files: CockpIT client version 2.6 JDsCommunicator.exe JDsLink.exe JDsClient.dll CockpIT client version 3.0 JDsRDPLink.exe JDsPanel.exe JDsWebclient.dll   Back to top
