Symptoms: The login button
in the CockpIT logon page is not working.
Possible Causes:
User is using Internet Explorer 5.0.
Follow these instructions to determine
the version of Internet Explorer on the
user’s computer:
1. Open Internet Explorer on the user’s
desktop
2. Click on the Help drop down menu
3. Click on “About Internet Explorer”
Possible Resolutions:
· Upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.5
or above.
· User should login by pressing enter
after typing user name and password instead
of clicking on the login button
